Yeah Maze, u can do it like that, but I don't do mine like that coz I like the rider to be part of the HDR & not put in after... blends way better & then the rider & scene are both HDR, not just HDR the scene with a cut out from a normal shot.

here again talking shit... I have made quite a few HDR's out of 1 RAW file & got some good results... is a pseudo HDR, but it can still work... just coz u can't do it doesn't mean it's not possible. People always bitch about PODs tho... can't please 'em all I guess. You made your point & are looking like an ass & everyone can see it, so I suggest to leave this here & go & complain at the next pic that you could do better, but not have any pics on here to back up your big mouth & look like an ass again.

Yeah, less tricky & wouldn't make much of a dif to the pic. Rear curtain is sick for late afternoon shots of gaps or grinding, but super hard to get the timing, coz u have to click early.

is just the term used when the flash goes off as the shutter opens... rear curtain it goes off as it closes (only really makes a diff with slow speeds). So I guess the "curtain" part refers to the shutter.

just about, was just a long expo with front curtain.
